WJ HOOPER WATER PRODUCTION PLANT – Fairburn, Georgia – February 3, 2020 Reynolds Construction is currently expanding and making modifications to the WJ Hooper Water Production Plant for Clayton County Water Authority in Georgia. We’re excited with our initial pour on the sludge pump vault.
