Project Description

This design-build project is a new groundwater treatment facility that will reduce iron and manganese from potable well water. The design includes new water wells, aeration, filtration, chloramination, distribution pumping, waste residuals treatment, and chemical storage and feed systems. To supply current and future water demands, the Sheridan WTF project includes the addition of a new wall, improvements to existing wells, aeration and detention tanks, horizontal pressure filters, chemical storage and feed systems, treatment building to store chemicals and gear, finished water storage, high service pumping station, backwash equalization basin, office and administration space, laboratory, and facility tour features.
